Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age must be at least 18 years as on 01-07-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of Master's degree of any University in the State of Tamil Nadu or a Degree of equivalent standard with not less than 50% of Marks. Candidates must have B.T or B.Ed Degree of any University in the State of Tamil Nadu or a degree of equivalent standard.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay Rs. 125/- as Preliminary Exam fee and Rs. 125/- as Main written Exam fee. Reserved category candidates will have to pay only Rs. 50/-.

Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in written examination (Preliminary Examination & Main Examination) and interview.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5700/-.

Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for District Educational Officer posts in Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (TNPSC), they are required to apply through online mode on TNPSC’s official website at www.TNPSC.gov.in on or before 7th March 2014.

After filling online application, candidates are required to send hard copy of applications or apply offline in prescribed format along with signature, photograph and self attested copies of certificates to following address on or before 7th March for offline candidates and 14th march for Online applications.

How to Apply Online: Before start applying online, make sure candidates have valid e-Mail ID, photographs.

1. Log on to TNPSC’s official website at http://tnpscexams.net/.
2. Navigate to Recruitment Section.
3. Click on “Apply Online” link under the District Educational Officer post you want to apply for.
4. Fill application form with all mandatory details, payment details and upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature.
5. If everything is right, submit your application form.
6. Take print out of application for future references.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should between 21 years to 30 or 31 years as on 01-07-2013. Age relaxations is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India.

Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay Rs. 125/- (Examination Fee Rs.75/- + Cost of Application Rs. 50/-) for Preliminary examination and Rs. 125/- once again for Main Written Examination.

Application should be paid through Online or Offline mode by Net Banking, using Credit Card or Debit Card. In case of offline mode candidates need to pay through Challan form in any Indian Bank branch or Post Office.

Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Preliminary Exam, Main Written Examination & Oral test in the in the form of an Interview.
